October 7, 2026 – It’s not Christmas, but the Amarillo Education Foundation made a lot of teacher wishes come true with grants to fund special classroom projects that will directly benefit student learning. AEF board members made the rounds from classroom to classroom, doling out more than $25,000 in grants at AISD campuses. Grants will fund projects and opportunities that include robotics, 3D printing, percussion, clay creativity, a sensory room, an active learning environment, a middle school book refresh, music enrichment and many more.
