School Health Advisory Council- SHAC
Amarillo ISD’s School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) consists of professional staff, parents, community members and business representatives. SHAC reviews legal and local policies related to the District’s health education curriculum and discusses community organizations with whom the District partners to provide services and/or health education programs.
