This is a free service provided for qualified families needing help paying high utility bills. They also do weatherization of your home.

Both places have several programs that families can apply for. You must suppy PCS with documentation of all household/familly income. Documentation includes but limited to: Social Security, SSI, TANF, wages, etc. Payments will be made on a priority matrix point system set forth by the funding agent. They also need the current bill.

• Clients will be seen without having to make appointments when they have all the required documents
