- Supervision/coordination of the overall procedures/activities of the pest control department
- Establish strict guidelines for pesticide and herbicide applications mandated by state laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records for pesticide applications, employee training, project status, labor and material cost
- Establishes and makes adjustments to pest control schedules, including emergencies
- Recommends improvements on production methods, integrated pest management practices, and equipment performance
- Identifies and makes recommendations for sanitation, pest eradication, and exclusion
- Demonstrates effective communications with subordinates and work-related problems

- Athletic Crew Leader
- Provide cultural care to turf, trees and shrubs
- Supervision of stadium activities, preparation of athletic events, and coordinating of required grounds event staff
- Organize, direct and coordination of athletic field maintenance, renovations, and event setups
- Monitor watering schedules of athletic fields
- Establish and maintain open communication with school coaching staff
- Coordinate with the Athletic Department and coaches in scheduling various maintenance repairs
- Assist in preparation and administering the department budget and monitor and control expenditures in accordance with established goals and policies

- Work with various metal properties to fabricate associated repairs for athletic equipment, doors, hasp locks, tractor equipment and automotive parts.
