AISD Board Member Mr. Tom Warren IITom Warren II was elected to the Amarillo ISD Board of Trustees on May 3, 2025. A proud product of AISD, Mr. Warren attended Bivins Elementary, Austin Middle School, and Tascosa High School. He continued his education at Amarillo College and West Texas A&M University. 

The son of a 40-year AISD educator and husband to former AISD teacher, Mr. Warren brings a deep, personal commitment to public education. He is the owner of Diamond T Rubber Company, an international distributor specializing in replacement parts for vintage trucks and classic car restorations. 

Mr. Warren has a strong record of community service, having served on the boards of the Potter-Randall Appraisal District, Maverick Boys & Girls Club, the Brumley Foundation, Amarillo Center City TIRZ, and the Republican Party of Texas Platform Committee. He is also a former BSA Scoutmaster and volunteered as a wrestling coach at Sam Houston Middle School. 

A fourth-generation Amarillo resident, Mr. Warren is the only current AISD Trustee from Potter County and is a passionate advocate for his community. 

He and his wife are proud parents to their son, Thomas, a student at St. Mary’s University School of Law. The Warrens are active members of Miracle Covenant Church in Amarillo.
