Summer School Safety Measures (July, 2020)

• Daily operations will adhere to state and local guidelines
• When mandated, students and staff will be required to wear PPE. When not mandated, masks are still highly encouraged.
  • Students are encouraged to provide a reusable mask when able
  • Masks will be provided, if needed
• Students and staff will complete a daily health screener and take temperatures before entering the building
• Social distancing measures will be in place
  • Student seating in the classroom will adhere to social distancing guidelines
  • Students will follow social distancing guidelines for entering the building and transitions within the building
  • Classroom breaks will be staggered
  • No congregation in classrooms or common areas will be allowed
• Hygiene practices will be frequently encouraged
  • Hand-sanitizer will be available
  • Regular handwashing will be encouraged.
• Custodians will clean and sanitize rooms daily, including frequently used touch points.
• Lunch and the next morning’s breakfast will be provided to students as they leave the campus each day.
